1. Think about your most preferred sleeping position.
Some people naturally sleep on their back, while others prefer their side or stomach. Understanding the position you spend the most time in can help you select a pillow that gently supports your neck and encourages a comfortable alignment.
2. Choose a pillow to suit your sleeping position
● Stomach sleepers
Choose a soft, low profile pillow. Its reduced height helps keep your neck in a more natural line with your spine.
● Back sleepers
A medium height pillow is generally ideal. Avoid a pillow that is too high, as it may tilt your head too far forward.
● Side sleepers
Choose a higher, firmer pillow to provide luxurious support through the neck and shoulder line. Those with a petite frame may find a softer or lower profile pillow more comfortable.
● Combination sleepers
If you move between positions during the night, a pillow with a medium, versatile height can offer balanced comfort and support.

Your comfort matters and everyone sleeps differently, so we offer a 12 month adjustment service to help find your ideal level of comfort. Our team can adjust the filling to suit your preferences. Additional filling may incur an additional charge.

Whether it be removing fill to reduce warmth, adding fill to increase warmth, or differentially filling a quilt – we will not charge you for our time and labour (*the only cost would be for additional fill*)
